So I’ve been looking forward to the new Lego Saturn V set that releases tomorrow for months. To the point of me regularly checking the German online Lego store over the past few weeks/days that they’ve not suddenly opened up the possibility to pre order or buy it.
After checking in the afternoon today I figured: they’re are not doing that, I’ll just wait till it’s after 12 today and order it immideately. Only to find out that at some point today they made it available and it is now out of stock and won’t be in stock for another month.
I am not a happy panda.

If my experience with the Porsche is anything it would still take 2 months to get to you even if you did order it when it was first available.

hmm.. I considering just biting the 20 euro train ticket and get up early and try my luck at the Frankfurt Lego store.

Go figure: I fell asleep trying to wait for it to be available. Woke up this morning and it’s on backorder. Got my order in, but I guess I’ll have to wait a few weeks.

I ended up spending my morning traveling to Frankfurt and back and managed to get one.
It’s a fun build to look forward to!
