I do this less so with Amazon because of the free shipping, but if I have to pay for shipping on McMaster, Grainger, or some other website, woooo boy.

And also screw you amazon for being too awesome and making it easier to justify buying the things because of the low cost. It’s pretty hard to say no when they are beating garage cost on car parts and the free shipping. Don’t know how a Timken $400 wheel bearing is $240 at Napa and $140 at amazon, but it makes me buy right away even if my wheel bearing is only starting to go.

I have a cart that’s been sitting there for a couple weeks because I want to get these Comply isolation foam tips for my gym headphones but I don’t know what size I need and can’t bring myself to buy two sizes and then return one, even though Amazon returns are easy-peasy. There’s a multi-size pack but I feel like that’s just wasting money on a bunch of tips I won’t end up using. Meanwhile the kitty litter that I actually need goes un-bought.
