I was on a two lane road and cars were coming the other way and the fucker was in the middle of road. So I hit it. Looks like the damage isn’t too bad, but damn it this isn’t the way I wanted to start my day.

Last time I hit an opossum with my Miata, it went under my car and didnt quite clear the support bars going across and somehow got launched like 20 feet in the air behind me. Lucky the guy behind me didnt get it on his windshield.
Another time I slalomed my way around one at 70 mph on the highway just because that would have taken a chunk out of my bumper for sure.

Seriously, I was like this isn’t going to be good. There was no way to avoid it, so I tried to minimize damage and not hit it with the middle of my car. Looks like the bumper is alright and wasn’t in perfect condition when I got the car anyways.
