My septic design was approved on the 24th. The people are there today installing the new system. The house I am purchasing had their system proved back on the 9th. Nothing happening there.....
just another entry into the list of these people being fermented sacks of shit. crusty snots. assholes. inconsiderate douches. please feel free to include anything else I may have left out.
As soon as I move into this house I want to write them a letter and let then know that they should live the rest of their live knowing that the people who moved into their house hates their guts.

this is very true. they have the plan engineered and approved by the appropriate people. they even have an installer lined up. We have not gotten a response as to why they are not doing anything.

Up in Tax-a-chusetts we used to (not so affectionately) call these “Mount Shitmore.” Basically, if you’re system couldn’t go down a certain depth, it had to have a pile on top of it. It sucked. It stil sucks. I see them all the time when I return home for a vacation. Ew.

oph I walked away from a house after it failed inspection. leach feild was waaayyy undersized and with solid rock underneath. Along with some other stuff just walked away with at least 1/2 my deposit.
