I’m got a flatbed cider mixed with a shot of whatever whiskey the girl behind the bar picked. I think it had a Buffalo on it? Not a huge whiskey drinker, obviously. Nordstrom bar is genius. I bet tons of people get trashed and then spend ungodly amounts of cash.

Wait... some Nordstrom’s have a bar in them?! Sorry I’m a redneck so I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t even be allowed in the front door or Nordstrom all I know is that my rich aunt buys Christmas presents for my kids there. I’m drinking Southern and caffeine free Cokes out here in the weeds.

I’m yet to find an IPA I like. They all taste so bitter t me I can barely discern the actual tastes... Any recommendations?

Fuel cutoff is like 8300, that’s where the red line is. It’ll rev to that no problem.

Look for a low alcohol percentage “session” IPA. I prefer west coast sessions... lagunitas “daytime” IPA. Stone “goto” IPA, and firestone “easy jack” are all good session IPAs. Oh and founders “all day” IPA.
As far as regular IPAs my favorites are, ballast point “sculpin”, and bells “two hearted” both are 7%, but bells in particular is very drinkable.
Dogfish head “60 minute” IPA is what got me started. Now I pretty much only drink IPAs and Belgian ales. With the occasional modelo.
IPA seems to be a love it or hate it beer. A lot of people it just don’t like it. Bells is one of the only IPAs I’ve ever had that doesn’t have a distinguishing “citrus/grapefruit” flavor which is where the bitterness comes from for most people.
