I lightly sprained my ankle playing football with my stepdad and nephew. Not enough to quit playing, though. A couple beers helped make it hurt less, too. Good times!

Drinking beer, just got back from the bay sitting in a chair on the beach with ocean water rolling over my feet. Steak about to come out of the sous vide, sear on the grill, garlic infused Yukon gold, bacon wrapped diver scallops. Just gotta wake up early enough to catch Indy 500 and drink more beer.

As I’m up in Denver this weekend, I went to Coors Field and watched the Cardinals beat the Rockies. As a Stl fan, this made me happy. Friday night’s game was not as fun to watch.

My Punches have been quite consistent over the years. Only in the last few weeks have I been experiencing bad burns. Hopefully this will work itself out.
