Google tells me that’s ~800 miles or ~12 hours, which I think is a bit more than I can pull off. Houston feels like it should be closer, but I guess that’s my small state mind at work.

Crazy thing - I may have just crossed the Rubicon with the Galaxie. I’m thinking if I can just get a spare tire ready, make one tiny adjustment on the transmission, and get a ~ hour test drive to verify minimal leakage, I may be able to do this. May know by tomorrow...

6 hours round trip for me and I’d probably bring my son...but a hyper 7 year old and the Lane Museum are a bad combo. Also, he’s more of a pilsner guy, while I’m an IPA hop-head. We just can’t get along.
