Peridot was exclusive to the Cayman R, but is now available in Porsche’s “Paint to Sample” order book. You can now order other old paint choices like Arena Red, the 993 Turbo’s signature colour.

The idea of paint-to-sample is really enticing (minus the price hit). Wonder if they would let me do it on a 718 Cayman or conversely M2 and how much it would cost.

This is the hierarchy of Porsche colors:

Peridot Green>Amethyst Metallic>Miami Blue>Almost every other Porsche color>Falling down a flight of stairs while wearing leg braces>Lime Gold metallic

I remember configuring a manual V6 Cayenne in Peridot Green around 2013 or so. I still want one.
