Only the Model X has amber rear signals in the US, but at least these are LEDs which provide excellent contrast from the taillamps.
Teslas are everywhere in Hong Kong, and the amber rear signals are in full effect on the Model S.

I know this goes against nearly everything Oppo, but I have no problems whatsoever with red turn signals, and I actually prefer when they’re a single unit, where the entire taillight blinks. Single color taillights with amber LED’s are the best option IMO, but a taillight with a separate amber lens usually looks like crap to me (with a couple of exceptions) and is hardly any easier to notice.

I personally saw a Model 3 prototype myself a couple weeks ago when I went for a drive in the secluded twisties nearest to where I live. There’s quite a few running around at this point.

I would’ve followed the one I saw and probably even gotten better video than that but since I was...driving for fun I was going [REDACTED] mph in the other direction.
Tesla will be increasingly cavalier with letting their prototypes wander around as we get closer to the release I suppose.

Liftback? I might of missed it, but it didn’t look like there was a line for where a truck would open. It would make sense, since the S is a liftback.

Well people should boycott them until they can learn how to treat the employees right. Oh but these tech assholes just think returning to the industrial revolution would be better, you can work yourself to death or there is the door. Multiple safety issues, I’m in a union and we protect our people.

Personally I think theyre ugly and redundant,but separate bulb for signal and brake light is useful. Then again I drive a 2008 sierra so
