Yes you may be able to configure a fully-loaded C63 S Cabriolet but has one ever been built? What would it take for you to buy a car at three times its lowest available MSRP?

Unless the options tend to conflict, there’s plenty of people out there who will just check all the boxes to have the ‘best’. It probably exists, and it wouldn’t surprise me if it was in California.

Autotrader says there are a ton of them around $100k, so yeah, people do it. Or at least a lot of dealers *think* people will do it.

Three times the base price is how you know you bought the good one.

Hey, some people bought V10 TDI Touraegs. Not quite three times, but near double the price of a base model V6...

No way is the top trim with everything F350 three time the base F350. Twice as much I can believe though. Going to Ford’s site to check this now...

Edit:

F350 2WD Reg Cab Long Bed XL no options - 33705

F350 2WD Crew Cab Long Bed XL no options -37505

F350 4WD Crew Cab Long Bed DRW all options -85250

A bit over twice, I’m looking at crew cab to crew cab though since I consider the regular cab to crew cab change different vehicles. How many people cross shop a crew cab vs regular cab?

Also, are there any other vehicles that you can option the number of doors besides trucks?

When I bought my latest car from the Benz dealer a couple months ago they had a near $110k C63 AMG S Cabrio sitting in the showroom. I remember because I looked up the weight and found that those can be over 4,300 lbs!

There was another C63 S amg cabrio which cost over $100k in their inventory website and they had a used one with a few thousand miles listed in the high 80k’s because it’s MSRP was at or close to $100k. So basically they’re not entirely uncommon.

I personally don’t understand the appeal of the top trim F-150 though, it just looks tasteless to me.
