Bonus pics from my trip to the State Surplus last week. I’d love to Mad Max/ Blues Brothers one of these ex RPD cars. Slight lift with mud tires, straight pipes, never washing it, get a push bar, supercharger through the hood. Like make it obvious it’s not a cop car, but at the same time still obviously a cop car.

Sealed bid auction ends on the 31st. I’ll have to check. I think ones that have the squad car paint normally go for less.

Actually, checking past auctions it looks like they go from $1300-$2000. You can’t test drive them though, you can only let them idle in their spot.
The old auctions are only a spreadsheet too, so I can’t see what those ones looked like.

My daughter worked a summer in Yellowstone and her dorm also had pretty good views, though the building itself wasn’t in very good condition. Plus, bears.

Probably worth it. And I’m sure the work was more interesting than my work doing University Housing’s tedious chores.

Not really, she worked the cleaning crew at the lodge by Yellowstone Lake. But she had fun and was able to save a good chunk of money since there wasn’t many places to spend it.

Not a bad place to spend a summer... and yeah, not much to spend money on. Unless you venture near Jackson.
