For shits and giggs
I’m not considering turning a ion, beetle or saab93 into beater/rally cars. That’d be ridiculous and frankly stupid.
I mean, the interiors are all bad anyways.

Nothing so interesting this week. Probably for the best since I’m just here for a real sense of the process

Best deal so far was a clean 07 Camry hybrid with 330k
Went for 2100. I mean damn.

The only auction I ever went to lead off with a late 90s Econoline with unknown miles and unknown history, and started the bidding at 8 grand. I left pretty much right after that.

Take the Saab9-3 turbo front end, add old Superbeetle rear end, merge them to make one dual-engined car.
And then add as much plastic from the Ion as possible to make it complete.

New beetle. Would’ve bought it for a Rallycross car, but it was way too expensive for its condition. Seller was looking for 4 figures for a 2000 2.0 manual. Nahhhh
Did bid on a decent 300e, went cheap but I don’t have ANY conceivable need for it right now.
