Not the Corolla... ENHANCE
I have never seen one of these plates in the continental US, let alone on a mundane car like a Corolla, in New Hampshire. I have questions.

Not often, but it’s more likely because the military allows you to register you car in another state because they move you around so much.
Also here in DC, you get people from those states who ship their cars here to work for four years.

Alaska I see somewhat often; once a month maybe even? Hawaii, almost never. Ironically, it probably costs about the same to ship a car from Hawaii to the US, but in my (limited) experience, you’re better off selling a car in Hawaii because values are generally higher simply because someone had to pay to get the car there...
