Tan -U.S.: solid amber side markers/turn signals, fender badge not turn signal, license plate, and extra 5mph bumper blisters. Plus registration sticker in windshield.
Green: two-tone side markers/turn signals, fender side turn signal, obvious non-U.S. license plate, sleeker bumper.

That seems to cover it, though I think the bumpers might actually be the same apart from the stuck-on bits.
The white lights are front facing side/parking lights though, not side markers in the US sense of the phrase. Modern Volvos as sold outside America have both orange side markers (which are oprional, at least in the EU, but rarely fitted by car makers) and white sidelights.
