I just ordered Engery Suspension front lower control arm bushings, as well as new Moog ball joints, and sway bar end links. After all that my suspension “clunk” should be gone. I’m fairly certain it’s the driver’s side rear Lca buschingm but if you’re going to take your control arm off you might as well refresh everything.
Also on order, a TD05h rebuild kit, and gasket kit. Hopefully after that I won’t be burning oil, or at least not as much.

What type of Honda do you drive? I bought a complete kit from Hardrace with hardened rubbers. I opted for a Energy Suspension kit as well, but after reading up on all my options, I went for the Hardrace kit, mostly because of all the complaints of re-lubing the Energy Suspension bits every couple of years.
The Hardrace kit is OEM-like, but harder. No re-lubing needed.

Not my Honda, my 91 Galant VR-4.
My Honda is a 2010 Fit that hopefully won’t need this kind of work for a long long time.
