Amazing doesn’t necessarily mean ‘good’ though. Causing great surprise, astonishment, or wonder. It’s not the best word for it, probably not even fifth best, but it isn’t the worst word either.

Also, did trump never learn cursive? Do you think he can even read the declaration of independence?

He didn’t even learn printing. Between the handwriting and the content, I’m beginning to suspect that he might genuinely be the first developmentally disabled president.

There’s a difference between not being able to learn, and never thinking about trying.

I don’t necessarily object to the word choice, just the bizarre childlike aspect of the whole thing.

I mean, I’m not a huge fan of the Israeli’s habit of bringing every dignitary to Yad Vashem, because it’s clearly a bit of a political tactic. Still, I’d expect a bit more effort considering this guy’s press secretary favorably compared Hitler to Assad because “even Hitler didn’t gas his own people.”

True, there’s a lot of laziness in there. But I used to always think his very basic way of speaking was just pandering, whereas I’m starting to think that he’s genuinely incapable of engaging in a higher level of discourse.

It was Bibi’s heartfelt letter of condolence in Bowling Green’s memorial book that spurred this post in the first place.

I am always a little skeptical when capital and lower case letters are mixed like that. Seems to be huge among a certain age demographic, one where 45 fits in.

Hilariously boastful signature too, a handwriting analyst can have a field day here. Reminds me of the signatures on third reich era documents.

There’s actually a theory floating about that the “+ will Never Forget!” was written by someone else, because the handwriting doesn’t match (just look at the F in Forget against the F in Friends) as well as the fact that for whatever deranged fucking reason; Trump always writes his little notes centered. Always. So he wouldn’t add that little bit at the end cause it to be justified anywhere but down the middle.

Not only a high school yearbook signature, but the yearbook signature of the egomaniac jock who doesn’t really know your name and thinks he’s doing you a favor by snatching your book from your real friend and taking up a whole page with nothing to say.

So, do you think their handwriting is that passably similar or that she has learned to semi-forge his writing so it doesn’t look so disparate? I kinda vote for the second one because of the damage she could do writing checks. :)

That’s a great point.

At one of my old jobs, there was this guy who was a complete fuckwit, I mean, really just such an asshole.* When he left, they passed a card around the office for him. I debated not signing it at all, since I never really dealt with him, but I was put on the spot. So, instead, I wrote something like “I never really got to know you, but good luck with everything” in fairly large writing, with a fairly large signature, dead in the center of the card, just to be a prick.**

*For context: when one of my friends—who was universally adored—was leaving, he went up to her a lunch one time and said “I’m glad I’m not going to ever see you again.” This was despite the fact that they had maybe interacted with each other twice, ever, including that time.

**I also wrote it in fountain pen, just so it would smudge the other side. I am the king of office passive aggressiveness.

I’ve been hugely lucky when it comes to bosses. The assholes I have to deal with are usually either at my level or slightly higher on the food chain.

I seem to have a horrendous record of coming to a job with good bosslies only to have the situation fucked up by usurpers, irresponsible and selfish partners and/or idiot overlords. Assholes who can’t fire me really don’t faze me that much.
