Actually, Batman could get ticketed as it’s illegal in Texas to cover up “Texas” at the top or “Lone Star State” at the bottom (although it looks like this car has one of the few plates that doesn’t have Lone Star State at the bottom).

I had a Texas plate that didn’t have “Lone Star State” on it.
