The way the community of Manchester and surrounding areas has pulled together is heart warming.
Taxis giving free rides last night (several travelling from Liverpool (30 something miles away) to take Liverpudlians home for free), people offering their rooms to stay, take aways giving out food and drink, people taking tea, coffee and food to emergency services at the scene, etc...
To misquote Chumbawumba. We get knocked down, but we get up again, they’re never gonna keep us down.

It’s when things are at their worse that you can glimpse at humanity’s best. Same thing happened in Paris in 2015, and I was completely blown away. This is why terrorism can never completely win.
