‘We came down the aisle, walked right to the car, opened it up on both sides then we got in the car,’ he said, before claiming his sunshade was up, blocking his view from the rear window.
Any chance that he was lying to the officer? Like maybe he was pissed off that somebody had the audacity to lay on top of his car like that, and was hoping that they would have ditched the guy several miles earlier?
Yeah, I’m probably going out on a limb to suggest that. The obvious alternative is that he didn’t bother to check his mirror for FOURTEEN MILES. Pretty sure that qualifies as careless driving , whether there was a body or not.

Either it’s a cardboard camo type or one of those floppy foil ones. So the car’s driver and passenger had to be sauced.
