Vintage cars, modified cars, and cool cars! I spent Saturday morning with Mr. Slowrunner, Jordan, at Cars and Coffee before heading over to another car show hosted by Columbia’s Vette owners club...and a lot of not-Vettes showed up! I’ll skip the color commentary, but if you want to know more about each car, then ask and I’ll answer to the best of my abilities!

I’d rock a pink Challenger convertible. The intercooler on that 911 looks huge; I bet that thing is fearsome to drive fast.

I believe the Challenger is still sporting its original Panther Pink color, which was available in late 2010 or early 2011.

The swivel seats are from the black (1971?) Mercury Montego.

The lack of a factory Challenger convertible continues to confuse me. That one looks so good.

IIRC, an engineer said it was too heavy even with a manual convertible top due to all the additional bracing required. It was going to be a porker for sure. This was a prototype and these photos were taken as it was on its way to the junkyard.

Yeah, I can’t claim them as mine but I always think back to these whenever I see one of those Challenger convertible conversions.
