I use “the poor man’s” dashcam. Take an old arse Android phone, get a dashcam app that runs automatically, hook the phone up to some sort of source of power, enjoy!

I use a Mobius Actioncam, it’s pretty cheap and fairly customizable... no rear camera though

I have a Viofo A119S. Around $100 so you could get two...but with your $200 budget you may be able to get a 2 channel one.
