Yeah, but I’ll give the Prelude a pass because so many cars were image-based and less practical back then. Especially in the “sporty” segment, which was mostly a bunch of mid-100hp FWD coupes. None of them have anything on full-size pickups, which could fit 4 engines under those hoods.

They’re $282 per tire for top-of-the-line performance all-weathers, so honestly not that bad. The 275 mm fronts are about $40 per tire cheaper. Could probably get a full set for under $1000 not including install.
Even another set of high-performance run-flats is $1,300 per set, so could be worse.
I’ll probably replace the vehicle before it needs new tires anwyay.
Also don’t go back and read my comments. Its creepy and sometimes I write embarrassing stuff...

Volvos are alright, but I agree. The Mazda circlejerk is even worse. At least Volvos don’t usually rust so much that they split in half after five seconds.

Those reasons are why I like them. And yet they still put out awesome technology like their tri-charged T8 engines, some of the most comfortable seats in the industry, and Incredible sound systems.
Why an enthusiast site like this likes them I don’t know.

5 cylinders are cool. The new turbocharged and supercharged 4 cylinder is quite interesting. The exterior of modern Volvo’s are pretty unique. The interiors are minimalist, but very modern, which is something no other automaker has done yet.
So basically, Volvo is different. Which is enough for people to like them. And drive a modern polestar or mid 2000's s60r/v70r. Absolutely insane.
Plus Volvo has tons of racing heritage, and their older cars are fantastic platform to build up!
