Ye’, you got the Sierra/XR4ti but that was a Ford that wasn’t even badged as a Ford.

In fact the U.S. got the Mk1 Fiesta for three years before replacing it with the Escort, which was supposed to share many components with the European Ford Escort but soon deviated and then going down a very different path.
