Well, after Teutonic Tuesday comes Wagon Wednesday as I’m sure you’re all aware, so today I’ve brought out two blue Matchbox wagons that stray a bit outside of the ordinary compact executive status quo: one is Swedish, and the other American. Yep, a V60 and a CTS! The former is no Polestar and the latter is no V, so it’s refreshing to see MBX replicating the ordinary and everyday again as they once used to.

Haha, my dad’s got that one in green; I’m on a quest to procure at least one of every MBX wagon at some point so perhaps a Cougar Villager vs. Sable matchup is in the cards soon! The biggest versus the beigest!

The V60 is gllllllooooooorious! It will be shown on LaLD pretty soon with it’s 1:1 hybrid sibling. One of the best MBX’s recently, totally. Oh, and that CTS is nice. Nothing moore (!) next to that V60 though.

YES!!! We totally need a 1:1 comparison for this, one of Matchbox’s greatest efforts of the past five years. The CTS, well, at least it’s licensed and well executed, not something that can be said for much of Matchbox’s castings of the past two years...
