Well DOTS is down on the street, basically it was probably invented by Murilee Martin who used to write for Jalopnik and now is at TTAC (the truth about cars), he had a category by that name if I remember correctly. Basically means pics of cars you see in the wild. Hour rule is making sure Oppo has at least one post per hour around the clock.
