The sticks with curve and a hershey kiss shape at one end belong to the Tusken Raiders/Sand People, but I don’t see those figures in the second pic.

The white rifle is Dengar’s he’s the one with head bandages. The white back-packs for with the Snow Han Solo in the dark blue jacket (maybe, I’m not sure on that), the rebel snow trooper near the upper left hand corner, and the green rebel trooper to the left side. The Weeqauy Skiff Guard near the center gets one of the Vibro Axes. I’ll do more in a bit.

The woven style staff at center right is for Bib Fortuna, a figure that looks like it has a big snake coming out of its head - I don’t think I spot it in your lineup.

Those white backpacks were in a separate mail-in accessory kit that also included gas masks (from the Millennium Falcon inside-the-asteroid scene in Empire), a grappling hook to replicate Luke’s scene with the walker, and a Jedi Training Backpack that you could put on Luke and place the Yoda figure inside.
I still have my mail-in set in with all of my other Star Wars toys that got boxed up over 20 years ago.
