Local joint a couple blocks from work. They have like, 60 taps behind the bar. Nice atmosphere, and the menu is mostly 12 inch artisan pizzas. But this sounded too good to pass up.

We’ve been making these sliders with Kings Hawaiian rolls, roast beef, fried onions, and cheese. Just bake in the oven until they brown and the cheese gets gooey. Super awesome.
