Harley riders are outlaws. Sports-car drivers are… compensating for other areas. And guys who drive pickup trucks are rednecks. It’s clear all these stereotypes are pretty ridiculous/one-note… so then why do lowriders continue to get pigeonholed with bad associations?

I saw a drop top impala rusting away in somebody’s yard the other day. I can’t helped but imagine a blue deeper than the ocean sprayed on there with some beautiful brush work on the hood and a set of Daytons on all four corners. I may be white and about to move to a suburban area but I don’t give two shits about the stereotypes people create for cars. I would proudly park one next to my Jeep and scooter.
