I’ve been remodeling my ~1,300 sq ft house since September. It was only ~700 sq ft of living space when I got it, now it has a fully finished basement.

I went from 3 bed to 2 bed and now back to 3. Haha. Knocked down a wall between two of the main floor ones to make a decent size guest room and closet. And then the entire basement is now my master suite.

In the Midwest we get some good storms sometimes. Hail or wind damage should be covered. I would need to look into it.
