has anyone ever looked at investor annual reports? Ford’s is really useful ABSOLUTELY AMAZING for this project.

Never had a problem with my suspension. Well, I can’t say that, my bushings and tires are shot to hell, but they are fine for the moment.
Next on the list after I get tires is subframe connectors though. I need to get it inspected before I spend that money though.

I had this reaction when I was looking at commercial property listings recently and the website I was searching on went through a massive update where it now automatically generates detailed demographic information for a given address.
Before I had to pull census data one census tract at a time, and use spreadsheets to add up the data into a whole parcel, and do a bunch of other shit then write it up into a whole report with the charts and spreadsheets to show how I generated my numbers.
And yet, automagically with a click of the button, there was now much more detailed information than I had been able to find on my own, right on each listing. I was like, “DUDE THIS IS LIKE A WHOLE SECTION OF MY BUSINESS PLAN DONE FOR ME,” and I immediately printed the demographic info to PDFs for the couple locations I’m scouting.
SCORE.
