Wash your car with nothing but baby wipes (no water, no soap, just wipes).

OR

Wash your car with the sprayer stuck on the mist setting (I’m talking very fine mist, no force behind it).

Mist. Funny story: There was a woman at our old apartment building who cleaned her black Maxima with Windex and a paper towel!..Yes the whole car...I saw her doing it multiple times...No there was no clear coat.

To be fair car wipes are actually a thing now... But I think I’d still rather use the hose nozzle on the mist setting.

If I get a sponge, I’d take the mist setting. It’ll take longer, but at least you’ll get the water you need on there... eventually. I think the baby wipes would leave a boatload of baby scratches and take way longer.
