Whenever I buy parts from anyone on craigslist they have inevitably had some awesome cars. Guy I bought my brakes from had a road course 68 Mustang, steering rack guy had a Terminator swapped 03 Saleen Mustang and an original Boss 302 in the garage, and today’s wheel guy had an R32 Golf and not one, but two MKIV Supras. What are your best spots Oppo?

Guy I bought my Miata from had a 430 whp mazdaspeed3. Basically the craziest, most uncontrollable fwd car stock, boosted to 430.

Dude also had a race prepped Miata, a beater Miata, a big dodge truck, oh and when I came back a month later to take care of some title swap issues, he had bought another Miata.

Very cool, I wouldn’t be able to see one without imagining it being full of water and a door about to fall off.

I sold a TV to a guy near my parents house. He had a Burgundy Morgan Aero 8! It’s one of the only two I’ve ever seen on the road.

I bought a Jag from a guy with a 911 Speedster and a 40th Anniversary 911. Saw the cars in the garage and knew the car I was looking at would be solid. Went back to pick up the car and he had replaced the X-type he sold me with a W8 Passat wagon.

Skyline. The right hand drive kind. Next to his Saleen.

Disclaimer: I was looking at a professionally built race car so what would you expect honestly.

man that’s a tough question, ive been to places loaded with awesome stuff. a few places that stick out, is went with my grandpa to look at a corvette for sale and the guy had a pole barn full of pre war fords, mostly 32's, all original steel cars ranging from stockers to old hot rods.

Another was a small shop that catered to nothing but 65 and 66 impalas. We were working on a 65 and needed a gas tank, this little shop had some of the rarest and oddest option 65 and 66 impalas. The one that stuck out because even my grandpa didn’t know it existed, was a 66 Impala with factory bucket seats and console with a column shift! the console was an automatic console with a special factory installed block off plate.

And the last one that sticks in my brain is when restoring the 56 Chevy custom, needed an armrest for the 60 t-bird rear seat were we putting in and the guy that had one had his corvette parked in his living room, and then down in his shop was a amazing 57 Old 2 door hardtop radical custom he was building.
