The kinds of people who trash and gross up car interiors shouldn’t be allowed to own $100k Escalade Platinums.
Not pictured: coffee stains on both front doors by the *bottle* holders.
This was a 2016 with 38k miles and on top of the interior making me feel gross just to sit in, the key was sticky (gag) and someone had picked off the rubber coating on it.

You should see my mother in law’s car. Back in 2012 My Father in law traded her 09 Jetta for an older higher mile 04 Golf because he was tired of her trashing the interior of a car he was making payments on. She just gets everything thing sticky, and dirty, and finds away to break plastic trim. She’s also loves to leave food in her car and them park it in the sun.
For example the plastic around the shifter in her Golf is shattered. Our guess is something fell down there and jammed it, but instead of fixing it she just yanked on it until it broke.

This is how it looks in the back seat where the kids sit in my wife’s car. I clean and I clean and I fucking clean. After a while, you don’t even want to look in the back seat anymore. Is that a chocolate stain? Please be a chocolate stain!

38k on a year old car tells me this was a fleet car, possibly a company car, wasn’t it? If so, and it had different drivers, that would explain it. Most people take better care of their personal car (but not all).

It’s way nicer than even a Denali inside, let alone a Tahoe. It isn’t like the prior generations. Yes it rides on a shared platform but it’s on a different completely different level of niceness.

But they didn’t cost anywhere near 100 grand until after 2007. It just doesn’t represent a good value. I’m not even so sure about a Tahoe at 47k, that’s a hell of a lot of money.
