Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Newius the Wise?

I thought not. It’s not a story Maurizio would tell you. It’s a Red Bull legend. Darth Newius was a Dark Lord of the Downforce, so powerful and so wise he could use the downforce to influence the aero to create speed... He had such a knowledge of the downforce that he could even keep the ones he cared about from understeering. The down side of the force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful... the only thing he was afraid of was Renault’s engine losing its power, which eventually, of course, he and Red Bull did. Unfortunately, he taught Vettel everything he knew, then his apprentice would get the credit for killing Mercedes in their sleep. Ironic, he could save Ferrari from death, but not himself.
