During the rare joint flight between the Air Force Thunderbirds and the Navy Blue Angels last week, two of the Angels’ F/A-18s encountered unexpected wake turbulence and made contact. Both planes sustained minor damage and landed uneventfully.

I wonder if the Thunderbirds pilots were mocking the Blue Angels pilots for breaking formation. I just can’t picture that not happening.
