Well, I mean, Romanized Klingon is something different. It’s what you normally see Klingon written in and what the Klingon Language Institute uses, but it’s not immediately clear for pronunciation by an English speaker. It’s like pinyin for Chinese in that respect - sometimes further Anglicization is a good idea for clarity.
