I think it’s pretty clear that NHL teams are putting out new jerseys just to sell them to the fans for $150 apiece (or more). One look at all the hideous orange jerseys in Edmonton last night is proof of this theory. But not to single out all other teams at the expense of my own, I think the green St. Patrick’s Day jerseys worn by the Blackhawks are pretty awful, too.

i mean every team does the special practice jerseys, the only thing that gets changed is the logo on the chest. and those are the old ones, the new ones have green plaid on the shoulders which looks nice
