It says ‘Road Champs’ on the bottom. It’s not R/C as it doesn’t have steering or a motor, but it does have a two-pin connector for some sort controller, I’d guess.

While you’re at it, start checking Target and Walmart. The recolor of the the new Ford GT Hot Wheels car is out, matching the color scheme of the one OP posted. And the new Ford GT Race (the new Le Mans car) is out as well!
