No.

Not without viewing the photo fullscreen, dragging it into another tab, and zooming in on it.

This is my kind of Police Interceptor.

It’s also the only interceptor to throw at least 5 check engine and warning lights per chase.

Thing is, now I’m doubting even the GTI badge

If it’s a Golf TSI, it’s expected to throw 3 check engine and warning lights per chase.

It’s a GTI, the TSI doesn’t have the small fairings (or whatever they’re called) in either side of the rear window underneath the spoiler.

It also comes with a great glass protection system: In the event of a shootout the glass will fall into the door panels due to the superior plastic clips holding up the panes. This of course will happen during the winter months, or a rainstorm.

Is that a fire service badge on the left of the licence plate?

I think the Police Interceptor badge is a double bluff. Why badge an unmarked police car?

It is. Retired firefighter I’m guessing.

And it wasn’t a cop. He’s just stuck that badge on, that badge would originally have been on the back of a Crown Vic.

Cool. I thought he may of been a responder or Fire Officers car.

Like this one.

No, our FD’s wouldn’t put up the money for that kind of car. If they don’t need a Suburban or a van, they usually get cheap crap. Versas, Corollas, the like. And they get the full FD livery while they’re at it.

It could potentially be a First Responder or Volenteer FD car if it was in a rural area.

Many fire officers cars are there own cars but some are leased and some are donated by a local car dealership.

It’s like ambulance officers cars.

Some are really nice cars.

A friend used to have his black/black tinted A4 wagon all wired up for lights as he was a paramedic... I’m sure some mistook him for an undercover cop when he lit those up to respond to a call. It was a 6MT, too. Great car.
