Just noticed Ferrari puts the Quadrifolio Verde on the left hand side of their racing suits. Have they always done this or is this a subtle advertisement for Alfa? I know back in the day they put these on the cars for good luck.

Back when Alfa Romeo was in Formula 1, Enzo Ferrari’s team shield was on the car (Ferrari was a privateer team in the 50's). This is Ferrari’s way of returning the favor—and of course, marketing Alfa.

In recent times, the Alfa badge started appearing on the Ferrari in 2015.
