For some reason I’ve always liked this gen of Civic, and it aged pretty well too.

We have a family friend who’s 50 something, a professor, and has driven one of these since new. She says she’s going to drive it into the ground, because the new Civic just isn’t as good in her eyes.

There’s one right down the road from me. It’s for sale at $2995. Of course with 240k it’s probably past it’s halfway point. My wife loves the EP3 and has mentioned it more than once.

Sounds like a NP to me. Even out here in the PNW, I’m lucky if I see five a year.

I guess everyone in Eugene bought them. I see at least one every two days. An EP3 is probably the newest Civic that I would own. I don’t actively look for them on sale, but I always look if one is for sale.

My wife sold her ‘02 at 190,000 miles. Still drove like new, had minimal interior wear and burned no oil. It even had original clutch, plugs, axles and shocks. Most shockingly, it had minimal corrosion while living in salt country. Assuming regular oil changes, it’s probably well under 1/2 used up.
