So I settled my case today. Sadly, or hurts my client’s businesa, but there is only so mich I can do. The government wanted $350k and we got it done for $110k paid over 2 years.
I am in Stockton tonight for mediation tomorrow in a wage and hour case that is total bullshit brought by 2 shady lawyers who are known for settling cases and keeping the money for themselves. I am going to treat them badly.

How do they not get disbarred for that! Just fancy stealing. There is a lot of emphasis on the financial industry going to a fiduciary standard. I always assumed lawyers had to put their clients best interest first.
