This was bedtime viewing for my daughter and I when she’s off of school. We ordered some of the candy last year (not super sour STI candy). It wasn’t bad.

That was cool. I’m not sure why he didn’t just add the citric acid to the liquid candy and dissolve it before pouring it out. I read that the citric acid can cause a burnt taste if it’s put into too hot a mixture, and you have to let it cool, but still be liquid. Maybe he didn’t want to fiddle with all that.
