Yeah, I think Ethiopian music, like a lot of world music, has finally gotten recognized outside of Africa. Some of it is really amazing. This has one of the most beautiful guitar solos I’ve ever heard.

I’m going to have to check that out, that was great.
There’s a really good album of Mali music put together from Damon Albarn of Blur/Gorillaz called Mali Music that I love.
