My dream is to put a 702 in a ‘48 Buick, EFI+ITBs, LS1 style ignition, 6L80 trans, widened steel wheels and stock hubcaps. Go for a 5000-5500RPM redline instead of 2500. Basically keep the outside of the car and most of the cabin looking totally stock while the underside has been warmed with a mix of modern and old school. Then go bomb some highways. In Germany. Like it’s 1944.

My thoughts for a ‘51 Buick up until now have tended to be “build Offenhauser 4L clone, RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLE”. A 702 would work, though.
