Had the last of the chicken I grilled up the other day. Ripped into shreds, covered with horseradish and swiss cheese, and threw it in the oven for a bit. Then put on a kaiser roll. It was good.

Also had Mexican-themed food! Made some more stove-top carnitas for tonight and dinner tomorrow. Going to be eating this for some time, so my cost per meal is in the dimes.
Life’s been good but frustrating. Put out some fires at work, learned some new things. My friend’s been trying to guilt me out of buying a Miata because he can’t understand why I would pay so much money for a car - his parents bought him a new Civic when he was 18, so this is foreign to him, I guess.

I don’t know if your local Costco has a window, but sometimes I’ll just stand there and watch the automated machine that smushes the dough into its round. As an amateur pizza maker, it fascinates me.
