Do you have a recipe/guidelines for how you cook brusssel sprouts? I don’t like them but have only had them steamed, your version sounds interesting and tasty.

I prep them by cutting them in half and liberally applying olive oil, salt and black pepper, then a small splooge of teriyaki sauce. For best results, let them sit for five 5 minutes and soak up the fatty goodness. Then I put them in a shallow metal cooking tray at 375 and mix them around every 10 minutes. Takes 30 or more minutes.
