Referencing the evergreen McLaren F1 for a “throwback” day? A mediocre effort, at best. Given how badly their F1 team is doing right now, McLaren is practically begging you to remember it’s *good* F1 car.
You want a 90s throwback? How about we throwback to a 90s car that itself throwsback to the early years of hot rodding? That’s right, this thing was “retro” before “retro” was a thing. Retro-retro, if you will. Or.....neo-retro? Hipster-retro? Whatever.

Not really a fan of hot rods. Besides the McLaren F1 was the car that got me excited about cars and was my first supercar love
