I pulled the 91 out of the garage for the first time since the surgery. My camber up front is jacked, at full adjustment it’s all stance nation like / \. I think the fix is to use the shorter Fox front control arms instead of the sn95 units I have now.

Also, the flares I got a JUST a bit too small and I have some rubbing on the corners. I’m not sure how much more I will have to trim, but I don’t think it will be drastic.

Oh and I need to put my mud flaps on the rear.

Camber doesn’t look too bad.

It’s not HORRIBLE, but not where I’m comfortable, especially with the adjustment at the max.

Should’ve bought a Capri so you wouldn’t need the fender flares lol.

I can’t get a good sense of the camber from those pics, but yeah I think you’re right about the control arms.

Negative camber is fine, jack the wheel up to max compression and make sure that your camber rolls back to neutral as the chassis raises. what you don’t want is neutral camber at full adjustment and then positive camber when you load the body side to side.

Thanks for the tip! I know next to nothing about suspension, if I had the $$ I would just have a shop fab me up some sort of pre-runner setup :) Ballin on a budget here!

I mean you may want to measure it, but 2.5 degrees negative camber isn’t going to bad, it’s a racing setup, and the higher roll center of the car is now going want that extra camber as the body rolls. It’s not what I would recommend for a daily driver... but if you’ve DD this thing you’re a maniac or a masochist.

I fully plan on getting a real alignment, I just feel like the camber should look somewhat normal without the CC plates being maxed out. Give the alignment guy something to work with. And no this won’t be a DD, hell it will be my second “fun car” so it’s won’t be driven that often at all :)

I’d run -1.5 to -2 degrees negative camber. and you can put the car on jack stands and then lift the tire to see what the camber curve looks like.
