Do you have the Porsche yet? That’s a great set. I’ve got so many lego sets now that I don’t have any shelf space to display them anymore. My oldest son loves building lego too, he’s four and has built almost all the nexo knoght sets, batman movie sets and all the scooby doo sets. The only ones he even needs help with now are the technics sets and some of the high end creator sets. It’s a great excuse to buy lego sets, but it gets expensive.

I think I took more than a week, but I’d have my son, 3 at the time, “help” me put together some of the parts. He’d lose interest after a half hour or so, so my middle son would pitch in a bit two, he was 2 at the time. I’d get the pieces started and have him drive them home. He wouldn’t last long either. Then I’d do a few more steps and pack it in for the night. It’s definitely more fun when my boys feel part of the build. So I didn’t rush. Awesome set though. I wish they’d do a similar treatment with other cars in the future. That set was sold out for months when it came out. It took me over two months to even get a chance to purchase it.
